Lumen Midstream Partnership, LLC ("Lumen") and its affiliated natural gas midstream companies are wholly owned by AKA Energy, the midstream natural gas company of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, which maintains a AAA Credit Rating.

Established in 1989 and headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lumen provides natural gas producers located in the Mid-Continent United States with gathering, processing, treating, and a full range of wellhead natural gas administrative services.

The Lumen management team has a strong mix of engineering, operations, merger and acquisition experience. Our financial strength, coupled with our experience, enables us to evaluate and complete projects in a timely manner.
